Our aim is to make the law completely accessible to everyone working in the field of corporate social responsibility. We work with business, government and civil society leaders to understand how law and public policy influences corporate behaviour, and how to achieve that “smart mix” of measures that can made a real difference to people's lives.

Day to day, we help our clients by:

• Researching, explaining and interpreting the legal context for their CSR projects and aspirations;
• Formulating, researching and evaluating law reform proposals;
• Writing, reviewing and critiquing reports and position papers;
• Communicating legal information in easily-digestible form; and
• Providing "current awareness" training to managers and staff.
