We are an independent consultancy specialising in the legal side of corporate social responsibility ("CSR"). We work with non-governmental organisations ("NGOs"), companies, multi-stakeholder partnerships, law firms and international organisations to explore and develop a better understanding of the inter-relationship between CSR and the law.

We research legal positions, test law reform proposals, analyse international legal trends and push at the boundaries of conventional thinking, in order to help our clients develop sound and forward-looking CSR policies, and to participate more meaningfully in regulatory reform.
